I've received several messages over the last couple of days about this new draconian censorship law for podcasts and entertainment with Canada.
1st, I'm sorry Canada but your ruling party are cunts... period.
2. That said, we will see how this plays out. I could potentially see our friends in Canada having some issue with getting podcasts. We use Spotify, but my hunch is that it will get shut off from the rest of the world, or at least geo-banned.
I offer this. As a show and a network, we are never going to comply with any laws outside of the USA. We aren't going to stop doing our show. We will adapt as needed. We don't make the $10 million cap individually and never will, so worst case is I'll have to change our featured podcast to our own internal service (which, coincidentally Corey and I have been working on anyway).
For video stuff, if YouTube and Rumble get taken away from our Canadian friends, we also post everything to Minds.com. They have already said they won't comply... so you will be good on that front.
Again, Canadian friends... this sucks and I'm sorry you have t deal with this. My best suggestion if you like our show or any other content that doesn't kowtow to your Draconian government... get a VPN now before they ban that too.
