LYNYRD SKYNYRD has made the difficult decision to cancel tonight's (Tuesday, September 24) show at Sullivan Arena in Anchorage, Alaska due to a medical emergency. The Southern rock icons shared the news earlier today, announcing that singer Johnny Van Zant's daughter requires emergency surgery. Johnny has asked all fans to send prayers for a successful procedure and a speedy recovery. For those with tickets to tonight's show, refund information will be provided soon, and updates on upcoming shows will be announced in the coming days. Stay tuned for more details, and let’s all send our best wishes to Johnny and his family!
