First up: **Did a football fan really restrain his wife so he could watch a game in peace?** A Virginia man named Terry Ward was reportedly arrested after allegedly taping his wife to a chair in the basement while he watched football. Charged with felony abduction and misdemeanor assault on a family member, Ward had a court appearance scheduled for November 10. Chris and Neeley dig into the bizarre allegations, debate the situation, and turn the story into an extended, no-holds-barred discussion about football obsession, relationships, and domestic drama.

Then things get even stranger.

**A man sells his belongings, travels more than 1,200 miles, and discovers his dream girlfriend isn’t real!** Brazilian bricklayer Edamar Martins reportedly believed he had found the woman he wanted to marry. Instead, the woman he pursued, Jessica Oliveira, turned out to be an AI-generated character. After arriving in another city and running out of money, Martins reportedly needed assistance getting home. Even more unbelievably, he hasn’t given up on finding love.

Chris and Neeley tear into the absurdity of the situation, discuss the increasingly convincing world of AI-generated personalities, and question how anyone could sacrifice everything for a relationship without meeting the person first.

Plus, the guys thank comedian Jim Florentine for stopping by, recognize the fans who support CMS, and close out the show with Candlebox’s “Don’t You,” requested by Fuego.

It’s football, artificial intelligence, online romance, questionable decisions, and unfiltered comedy—all delivered the Classic Metal Show way.

**WARNING:** This episode contains frequent strong language, crude sexual humor, adult subject matter, and jokes involving domestic violence. Viewer discretion is advised.

Jim Florentine joins Chris and Neeley for an uncensored conversation about comedy, rock and metal, censorship, and why staying true to yourself can come at a price.

FULL EPISODE:

GET JIM FLORENTINE’S JERSEY TRASH HERE: https://link.amazon/B0aw8gT8R

From comedy-club hecklers and outrageous audience interactions to the realities of working in Hollywood, Jim shares stories from a career that has included Howard Stern, *Crank Yankers*, and years of stand-up comedy. He explains why he chose his own audience over playing by Hollywood’s rules and why he refuses to change his comedy just to make advertisers happy.

The guys get into the controversy surrounding Shane Gillis, cancel culture, and the question of whether comedians can still push boundaries without facing backlash. They also discuss YouTube’s restrictions on profanity, the frustrating process of editing uncensored material for online platforms, and the compromises entertainers are expected to make to stay advertiser-friendly.

Of course, this is The Classic Metal Show, so the conversation doesn’t stop at comedy.

Chris, Neeley, and Jim discuss Def Leppard’s classic albums, the band’s newer material, and whether bringing producer Mutt Lange back could help recapture the magic of *High ‘n’ Dry* and *Pyromania*. They also talk about the Def Leppard and Goo Goo Dolls tour pairing, Tony Iommi’s new music, the realities of touring at different stages of a career, and why some legendary artists may never want to return to the club circuit.

It’s an honest, irreverent conversation about entertainment, artistic independence, the music business, and the difference between succeeding on someone else’s terms and doing things your own way.

**Watch, join the conversation, and tell us what you think.** Is censorship changing comedy and entertainment for the worse, or is adapting to the business simply part of the game?
