Some Notes For You Guys... Supporters and Freebie Fans
Hey all,
It's been years that I've been struggling with ideas of how to make both the free and the paid VIP experience make sense. I don't feel like I've done the best job of that.
But...
I've figured out a plan that, I hope, adds significant value to the paid audience while still not hurting people's ability to get the various shows that I do. It's a little lengthy, so read through it all.
Currently, we have 3 places for paid content - here on Locals, Substack, and on Anchor/Spotify. Going forward, the episodes of CAP, Seth Show and CMS will have a paid only offering of ALL EPISODES that will be commercial free, to include the CMSPN added commercials.
On Locals, paid subscribers will get the episodes of THE SETH SHOW and CHRIS AKIN PRESENTS streamed live pretty much the day I do them. There will be no waiting for them. You'll get them ahead of the pack.
For CMS, those that have paid on Locals, Spotify and Substack will get the shows next day commercial free. You will not have to wait for the daily releases and will be able to enjoy them at your leisure.
For CMS, those who are not paid subsbscribers on Locals, Spotify and Substack will get the commercial included episodes - one each day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, but after a week delay.
CAP FRIGHT BITE will be available on Locals exclusively.
THE SETH SHOW Bonus Episodes will be available live and on demand to paid subscribers on Locals, Spotify, Substack and The Seth Show Minds page.
Any Bonus episodes of CAP that I do will be available first to paid subscribers on Locals, Spotify and Substack commercial free, and later on the other platforms with commercials.
Just as a note, anything that I've already done and schedule is not quite following this model. I'm not recutting all the videos. But, by the end of February, all segments will follow this model.
First episode to be provided commercial free to you is the Lacuna Coil interview I did today with Andrea Ferro. It will be released to the public platforms on February 21st.
For those of you that subscribe now: Thank you!! I hope adding some more perks makes this a bit more worthy of your support dollars.
For those that aren't paying subscribers, well... nothing other than the dates of release changes for you. You are still able to enjoy the shows the same as you were before.
Rock,
Chris
