San Francisco, CA – Bay Area thrash metal titans TESTAMENT are set to release their fourteenth studio album, Para Bellum, on October 10, 2025, via Nuclear Blast. The album, titled after the Latin phrase “Si vis pacem, para bellum” (“If you want peace, prepare for war”), is a fierce reflection on humanity’s fractured relationship with technology and modern chaos, delivered with the band’s signature urgency, precision, and raw humanity. Alongside the announcement, TESTAMENT has dropped their blistering new single and music video, “Infanticide A.I.,” directed by Joey Durango, showcasing the band’s unrelenting intensity and the dynamic prowess of new drummer Chris Dovas.“Para Bellum consists of some fast, heavy, and melodic tunes,” said vocalist Chuck Billy. “Once again, [guitarist] Eric Peterson has found a way to keep the songwriting fresh and modern sounding.
